Unit 2 - Scott and the station (questions too)

Good afternoon!

Here is the text we listened to at the beginning of unit 2. You can read it and take a look at the new vocabulary. As always I put in the pictures you liked.

Scott lives in a very small town in Wales.

There are three children of Scott's age in the town.

There is no school in town. Scott and his friends have to take the train to school every day.

Sometimes, Scott and his friends are lucky and Scott's mom takes them to school.

Sometimes it is other dads that carpools them.

It is better for the environment if they carpool.

Most days they have to go by train. The train leaves very early, so Scott goes to bed very early too.

Scott's elder sister Julie picks him up on the train station every afternoon.

Scott wishes he could ride Harry Potter's night bus. That way he could sleep while going to school!.
