Unit 8 - Six people, six jobs

Good afternoon!

We may be a bit late to the Working Women day, but we made it!. I thought it was very interesting to learn about these three amazing women and their jobs, right?. In case you don't remember their names, here is the text and pictures about these three great women (and three great men too, of course). Oh, you can see the questions and answers we did in class below!.

This is Sarah Boris when she was 12, she lived in London.

She is going to be a very famous graphic designer and a teacher in college!.

She is going to create beautiful posters and designs!.

This is Emma Tucker when she was 11. She lived in Sidney.

She loves animals since she was very little. She is going to work with them and be her own boss.

She is going to be a dog trainer and she will help people with dog problems.

This was Angela Bailey when she was 12. Can you see she has great handwriting?

Angela is great with words, she loves reading and writing.

She is going to be a professional writer, but not any writer: a letter writer!

This was Adam King when he was 12. He is Welsh and you can tell he loves wood.

In truth, Adam is going to be a love spoon maker!.

Love spoons are expensive traditional Welsh gifts.

This was Yoshiro Kimura when he was 7. He is playing videogames with his brother!.

He is going to be a video game designer.

But he is not going to design your regular videogame. His game is about making people happy!

This was David Adams when he was 6. He wanted to be an architect.

He is going to be a tailor, a suit maker with his own workshop!.

He is going to love it, because it is a creative job that makes people happy!
